Supervision

I see supervision as an important part of our work; either as counsellors, psychotherapists or for those offering support at emotional depth to marginalised communities such as case workers, nurses or key workers.

For the employer, offering supervision, reflective practice groups or personal development groups for professionals ensures that you are looking after your employees’ well-being. This will prevent staff suffering from vicarious trauma or burnout and will prevent staff sickness. Ensuring that you are offering the safest and best quality service to funders and the communities you serve.

I offer supervision and personal development groups to support other professionals in reflecting on their work, ensuring that they are delivering their work safely and developing their work further.

I am happy to offer clinical supervision to individuals or groups; in-person in north and central London, and online nationally or internationally through Zoom.
